Back by popular demand, available on our school campus right after school, Santiago Hills will host ACE classes in the 2016-2017 school year. Sponsored by the Irvine Public Schools Foundation; the ACE program provides high-quality, after school enrichment education to Irvine’s public school children. Each semester, thousands of children participate through ACE in science, math, language, fine arts, technology, and much more. By offering classes in areas not available during school hours, IPSF’s ACE Program helps to greatly enrich the diversity of educational experiences available to our kids.
Thanks to parent volunteers who signed up to be a Monitor by helping with check-in/out, we are able to offer classes this Fall! We always need more volunteers so please see more *details below about becoming a monitor and receiving a discount on classes.
Registration opens Thursday, September 1. Classes sell out every session so please register early. Register at www.ipsfacademy.org (**

* With VOLUNTEERS’ help, not only will our school be able to offer these amazing classes, but your own child receives a discount on offered ACE classes! We also consider your student’s interests when scheduling classes.
In order to help determine the number of classes we can offer, we need volunteer Monitors to:
1. Commit to once a week for a typical 6 week class (Volunteer monitors receive $10.00 per day off the fee for each day they monitor)
2. Check in students
3. Make sure children are accounted for
4. See that all children are picked up after class
5. Assist where necessary
Please e-mail volunteer coordinator, Yumi Renshus, atACESantiagoHills@hotmail.com
Have a wonderful week!
